For screenprinting with soy or standard ink, as well as embroidery, our minimum order is 12 pieces per design for a one-color design. Two-color designs have a 36 piece minimum. Three-color designs have a 72 piece minimum. Four-color designs have a 144 piece minimum. Please contact us with questions about your artwork and various options outside of these guidelines.

Mantis Graphics accepts credit or debit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Amex), company checks, or purchase orders for large institutions, such as schools or government agencies. Credit authorization will need to be obtained prior to purchase order acceptance. We require a 50% deposit upon ordering and the balance upon shipment of the completed order. Once a relationship and credit terms have been established, net terms may be possible. A PayPal link is available upon request.

No. You can order a variety of sizes and styles to reach your desired quantity, as long as you're printing the same design and ink colors. For example, you can order a mixture of men's and ladies' shirts in a full range of sizes and colors as long as they're all the same design.

We typically ship your order 10-12 business days after you have approved the artwork. Your order will reach you 1-5 days later, depending on your location. You will be charged a cancellation fee as well as a 20% restocking fee for the return of the ordered apparel, provided we have not begun the printing process.

Mantis Graphics is a full service provider of customized wearables. We rarely print on customer supplied goods. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.

All orders printed at Mantis Graphics are custom and returns will only be accepted if there is a misprint or other defect in the garments. To ensure accuracy, we will not print your order until a final PDF proof has been approved online. Your shirts are then guaranteed to look like your proof, so be sure to check your proof very carefully! Shirts that contain mistakes, but match the approved proof (such as a spelling error which was overlooked and approved anyway) cannot be returned. In the case of a legitimate return, we will pay the return shipping for the defective shirts and will ship you a replacement order as soon as possible.

If you have print ready art, no fee will be charged. Mantis Graphics does offer a full graphic design department that can work with you to meet your objectives. Design work can range from $30.00 for simple designs to $50.00 per hour for more detailed work. Please visit our design gallery to view examples.

To be able to produce quality images on the garments, artwork is of the utmost importance! We are not talking about the quality of the design itself, but the quality and the file format in which the design was created and being submitted. If the art files are not provided as shown below, there is a $30 per hour charge for re-drawing or creating new images. Our preferred format is Adobe Illustrator (.ai), vector- based images. Vector Files (AI, PDF, EPS): Artwork must be sized to actual print size All text/type layers must be converted to outlines  File must be compatible with Illustrator CS4 

Ink selections are reflected as accurately as possible on our chart. Some variations may occur. Please remember that exact PMS matching is available for a fee of $50.00 per color.

Mantis Graphics offers the following three ink choices:

Standard plastisol ink ($) is not necessarily considered eco-friendly but is proven successful on both light and dark colored garments.

Soy based ink ($$) which is eco-friendly and allows for greater printing options than water based ink. Soy based printing results in the same texture as standard plastisol ink. Soy ink works well on both light and dark colored garments.

Water based ink ($$$) which is the most eco-friendly choice, provides a softer touch than other ink options. Water based ink works well on light colored fabrics.

Our largest print dimension is 14.5" tall or wide. Our standard t-shirt print is 9-10 inches wide for center front, 10-12 inches wide for center back, and the left chest is typically 3-3/4 inches wide. Print dimensions are really dependent on the location and detail of the design. We will work closely with you to size your design for the best possible end product.

We use standard screenprinting presses, therefore we do not do oversized or all-over prints.

We print in all of the standard locations (front center chest, front left chest, center back, nape) on shirts as well as many other options that may be requested.

Yes, we offer a water-based digital or digital transfer option. The water-based digital print is a great solution for complex or photo real images, without having to meet high minimum quantities. The process is also eco-friendly, using water-based inks. Keep in mind that you are limited to white or light-colored garments when using this process. The other option is a four-color digital transfer which provides a full-color, plastisol transfer which can be used on any shirt color. Please call for details.

The maximum number of colors we can print using traditional screen printing methods is four, unless the run is over 250 pieces. We would usually recommend either four-color process transfer for plastisol ink projects or digital water-based printing for water- based ink projects. Please contact us for the best available process to reach your desired effect.

PMS colors are designed for paper ink to be placed on white stock. You may indicate which PMS color you would like and make one of two choices:

1. Choose from our library of ink colors that are close to the PMS color you have selected, at no extra charge.
2. Pay extra for an exact PMS color match starting at $50 for a small run and increasing depending on the quantity of pieces ordered.

Yes. Mantis offers a full service embroidery department that will customize your hats, jackets, blankets and more.

There is a one time digitization fee to prepare your logo for the embroidery process. Digitization fees begin at $50.00 but are dependent on thread counts. Please allow us to review your logo for precise pricing. Mantis will then keep your logo on file for future orders.
